WARRANTY POLICY

Kong Sing Trading warrants to the original purchaser (“you”) that RDS (Raggio Del Sole) and Nuova Luce’s products are free form defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the period commencing from the date of purchase to 12 months (“Warranty Period”)

 

WARRANTY VOID

This warranty covers only RDS and NUOVA LUCE products and products sold by KONG SING. Unless expressly provided for, this does not include accessories or consumable items.

This warranty will be voided if defects are caused (howsoever) by lightning strikes, fire, unauthorized repairs, abnormal usage in voltage, an act of God, accidents caused by man, improper actions (testing, operation, demonstration, maintenance, installation, adjustment), spillage or any alteration or modification of any kind using parts that are not supplied or approved by us. Warranty is void in the event of repair or attempted repair by any party other than Kong Sing’s authorized technician, liquid damage, and damage resulting from abuse, or failure to provide us with the original proof of purchase, which must include the following information: company details of the seller, date, place of purchase, product model and serial number.

Limitations of liability in this warranty document shall not apply to the following conducts:

  • Death or personal injury pursuant to any mandatory law on product liability,
  • Intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or a culpable breach of major contractual obligations

Should any damages of any kind resulting from the purchase, use or misuse of, or incapable to uphold the utilization of the product or result from the use or loss of use of the product, both directly and indirectly, or from the breach of the express warranty, which includes incidental, special, consequential or similar damages, or loss of anticipated profits or benefits, or for damage resulting from any tort (including negligence) or fault committed by Kong Sing, its agents or employees, or for any breach of contract or for any claim brought against you by any other party.
